I was chatting to the hubby last night, and he's decided to join me on the project! This will be interesting for me as our BMI is exactly the same at the moment, if we're eating the same things just in slightly different size portions then percentage wise we should drop the same each week - but I bet he looses a whole lot more.
We've decided on our first diet:
The reason we've gone for this one is it should be a real shock to the system to be honest, and also hubby is pretty poor with fruit unless it's in juice form, so this might wake up his taste buds. Plus the book is pretty affordable, and I've read a lot of reviews, both good and bad, on it lately. We'll be starting on Monday 7th to give the book time to arrive.
